General terms and conditions
- All rates are in Thai baht
- The above rates are inclusive of government tax and service charge
- Compulsory Christmas Eve/New Years Eve (24th/31st December) : 400 Baht/person.
- Baby cots are provided free of charge but extra beds are charged at 200 baht per night.
- Check-out is at 10.00am unless a later time has been pre-agreed.
- Checking out after 15.00 will incur a charge of 50% of the nightly rate and after 18.00 a charge of 100%.
- Free transfers from and to Mae Haad ferry piers are included.
Reservation
Reservations can be made by email only. A reservation is only confirmed on receipt of an email from Seaview resort. A deposit of 50% of the room rate is required fourteen days prior to arrival; non-receipt of such will entitle Seaview Resort to release the requested accommodation.
Cancellations and no shows
- Cancellations or amendments made fourteen or more days prior to arrival can be made with no charge.
- Cancellations or amendments made between 14 days and 24hrs before arrival carry a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booked room rate.
- Cancellations or amendments made within 24hrs of arrival will be charged at the total of the full room rate.
